Realtor of the Year!! ⭐️ If I had to choose the best words to describe Kevin, they would be prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and absolutely no BS. I texted Kevin to inquire about selling our house, and less than 24 hours later, he was standing on our doorstep with a smile and a game plan. From day one, he made us feel completely comfortable and was happy to move at whatever pace worked for us. When we decided to move quickly, he was more than ready to keep up! What started as a simple thought about selling our house turned into a sold sign in less than six weeks (and honestly, it would have been even faster if it weren’t for a few unforeseen bumps in the road). It was the first time for my wife and I selling our home to buy a bigger one. Our process started off with a realtor that didn’t workout for us. We get referred to Kevin and he made an immediate impact. Messaging his phone while taking a flight, he made sure that he received and responded to our message. He was there the next day with loaded pistols ready to go. Long story short, we had an offer + backup offer that BOTH fell through and he wasted no time to take on more viewers. Third time was the charm eventually selling and he worked fast to get us into another home, sign the documents needed, mostly messaging my wife who took the stress head on through a lot of it and dealing with the financing side of things.
